My schedule has been copied and pasted every week for about a month and the only time I've been given the extra hours I was asking for was on mother's day. Along with that, hosts are always blamed for mistakes even if they don't make them a table moves without their server knowing, a to-go order was customized wrong, or a drink wasn't made my the bar. Training is quick and doesn't cover as many bases as it really should and I felt unprepared after I was certified I have often found myself being asked to do tasks that were not covered in my training. ![]() Management does not hold themselves accountable when things are done wrong and they've neglected to acknowledge that employees have a life out of work (example: my manager asked me if I could come into work while I was out of town). Many of my coworkers do not seem to care about their job and do not pull their weight. My experience at Red Robin has overall but been positive.
